I agree with all the factors you have listed. I would like to emphasize the need for red meat. It is no coincidence people are getting priced out of red meat. If you remember the "war" on cholesterol that started in the 90's and the conditioning to stay away from fat, things make sense. Cholesterol is the building block of testosterone. Animal fats are the best source. Beef and eggs. Start cooking with beef tallow as well. Also, Vitamin D. Sunlight spikes testosterone. Lastly, iodine. Most of us are iodine deficient. The thyroid gland needs iodine to regulate hormones. We are increasingly exposed to fluorine, chlorine and bromine in modern times. Those 3 elements are in the same category as iodine, as they are all halogens. You only need iodine. If your thyroid doesn't have sufficient iodine, it will absorb the other 3. The best iodine is Lugol's solution 5%.

You can't really blame the Jews for the fact that too many white dudes are all fagged out. Have you seen American Jews? The testosterone crisis hasn't exactly spared us bro. We got a whole lot of mort the pharmacist types out here.
